3. Use of Data

We use the data to: • Operate the Services (POS, Booking, Order & Pay, etc.) • Process reservations, orders, and payments • Improve system performance and security • Generate operational analytics • Provide technical support to the Client • Comply with legal and tax obligations

Data may be stored on servers within or outside Chile, with certified providers (AWS, GCP, or others). Ristofy requires high security standards from all its providers.
